Fully functional Client Portal for Palcom Clients

Today Palcom announced its plan to launch a fully functional Clients Portal at www.my.palcomonline.com The portal will facilitate Palcom clients to manage their accounts, billing and buy Palcom products and services online. The portal will enable our clients to view their invoices and pay them on-line through netbanking and credit card.

A robust on-line knowledgebase is being developed and it will include demo flash tutorials to educate clients to manage their account and control panel themselves.

The proposed portal will have a very interactive Technical support system facilitating clients to open, view, comment on and follow up their support tickets and clients will be encouraged to rate Palcom's Technical support administrators response to their tickets.
